Mission

The Columbus Buffalo Soldiers' mission:

- Preserve the Past
- Participate in the Present
- Plan for the Future

The Columbus Buffalo Soldiers' vision:

Motorcycling as a common bond for bringing the world an appreciation for the heroic legend of the original Buffalo Soldiers and their commitment to a legacy of excellence.

We are a non-profit organization who shares a common interest in the sport of motorcycling and the study of African American History."

We are dedicated to the education of all people within our communities, with special emphasis placed on our children and young adults.

We promote good citizenship, motorcycle safety, and participate in charitable events and activities that raise awareness and provide services to the needy.

We work with school and youth organizations to insure that our American youth know and understand the significant contributions made by the soldiers of the 9th and 10th Calvary to this country's rich history.

We ride under the name of the Buffalo Soldiers to express our pride in, and our respect for the many accomplishments they made during the decades following the Civil War. We tell the story of the courageous Buffalo Soldiers and the brave Native American Chiefs and warriors, that fought during the settlement of the American west.

We hope to instill the good character and wholesome pride of the "Buffalo Soldiers" in the minds and hearts of today's youth, and to help them become the kind of Americans who will make positive contributions to our society.

We believe in our young people and believe that our representation and expression of pride in heroes from the past will foster and strengthen good values in our youth today and in their future.
